عمّان، 27 آب 2026: قدّمت شركة زين الأردن رعايتها للعرض السينمائي الصحراوي لفيلم “ظل الصقر”، الذي أُقيم في وادي رم بالتعاون مع الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام، ضمن فعاليات مهرجان عمّان السينمائي الدولي – أول فيلم، بحضور سمو الأميرة ريم علي، وسمو الأمير عبدالله بن علي، وسمو الأميرة الجليلة بنت علي، إلى جانب عدد من ممثلي الجهات الرسمية والإعلامية وأبناء المجتمع المحلي.
وجاءت رعاية زين لهذا العرض ضمن شراكتها الاستراتيجية للدورة السادسة من مهرجان عمّان السينمائي الدولي – أول فيلم، وامتداداً لتعاونها مع الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام، انطلاقاً من حرصها المتواصل على دعم قطاعات الثقافة والسياحة وصناعة الأفلام في المملكة، ومساندة المبادرات الشبابية والإبداعية التي تسهم في إبراز الهوية الأردنية، وتعزيز حضور الأردن كوجهة سياحية وثقافية مميزة، إلى جانب تعزيز الشراكة مع مختلف المؤسسات والجهات الوطنية بما يخدم التنمية الثقافية والسياحية، ويسهم في توفير منصات جديدة للتعبير والإبداع، بالإضافة إلى إتاحة المجال أمام الجمهور للاستمتاع بتجارب ثقافية وفنية فريدة في مختلف المواقع السياحية بالمملكة.
وأقيم العرض في أجواء وادي رم الصحراوية، بما يعكس ما يتمتع به الموقع من طبيعة استثنائية ومقومات سياحية وثقافية جعلته واحداً من أبرز الوجهات السياحية في الأردن، ويوفر تجربة سينمائية مختلفة تجمع بين الفن وجمال المكان، وتسهم في الترويج للمواقع السياحية الأردنية وإبرازها محلياً ودولياً.
ويُسلّط فيلم “ظل الصقر” الضوء على الحياة في وادي رم من منظور أبنائه، مستعرضاً علاقتهم العميقة بالصحراء وما تحمله من موروث وثقافة وحكايات متوارثة عبر الأجيال، ويجسّد الفيلم تجربة إبداعية شبابية محلية، إذ يروي أبناء وادي رم قصتهم بأنفسهم، وينقلون من خلال العمل تفاصيل من حياتهم وتراثهم، بما يعكس ثراء الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع المحلي ويبرز جمال وادي رم ومكانته كوجهة سياحية وثقافية عالمية.

“Shadow of the Falcon” in Wadi Rum
Amman, August 27th, 2026: Zain Jordan sponsored the desert screening of the film “Shadow of the Falcon”, held in Wadi Rum in cooperation with the Royal Film Commission – Jordan, as part of the activities of Amman International Film Festival – Awal Film. The screening was attended by HRH Princess Rym Ali, HRH Prince Abdullah bin Ali, and HRH Princess Jalila bint Ali, alongside representatives of official entities, media representatives, and members of the local community.
Zain’s sponsorship of the screening comes as part of its strategic partnership for the sixth edition of Amman International Film Festival – Awal Film, and as an extension of its ongoing cooperation with the Royal Film Commission – Jordan. The setting provided a unique cinematic experience that brought together art and the beauty of the location, while contributing to the promotion of Jordan’s tourism destinations and showcasing them locally and internationally.
“Shadow of the Falcon” sheds light on life in Wadi Rum from the perspective of its local community, exploring their deep connection with the desert and the heritage, culture, and stories passed down through generations. The film embodies a local youth-led creative experience, allowing the people of Wadi Rum to tell their own stories and share details of their lives and heritage, reflecting the richness of the community’s cultural identity while highlighting the beauty of Wadi Rum and its status as a world-renowned cultural and tourism destination.
