أعلنت شركة ڤاليو الأردن، منصة تكنولوجيا الخدمات المالية الرائدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، عن شراكتها مع منصة “توقيعي”، التي تعد أول منصة أردنية ومتخصصة في تقديم حلول التوقيع الرقمي المعتمد والآمن في الأردن ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وبموجب شراكتها مع “توقيعي”، بدأت ڤاليو الأردن بتطبيق حلول التوقيع الرقمي المحلية ضمن إجراءات تسجيل العملاء عبر تطبيق ڤاليو، بما يتيح لهم استكمال عملية التسجيل وتوقيع الوثائق المطلوبة لتفعيل الحساب والحد الائتماني إلكترونياً، دون الحاجة إلى زيارة أي من نقاط التفعيل.
وقد جاءت رقمنة إجراءات التوقيع في إطار توجهات الشركة الرامية إلى تطوير تجربة رقمية بالكامل للعملاء وجعلها أكثر سهولة وسرعة وسلاسة، من خلال التحسين المستمر لمختلف مراحل رحلة العميل الآمنة والموثوقة وتعزيز تكاملها، مع تبسيط إجراءاتها وتسريع إنجازها، بدءاً من التسجيل، ووصولاً إلى حلول الدفع المرن التي تقدمها ڤاليو، وشراء المنتجات والخدمات من شبكة الشركاء والتمتع بها.
ويجسد تبني تقنية التوقيع الرقمي ودمجه في تطبيق ڤاليو، استراتيجية الشركة المتعلقة بالاستثمار في الحلول التقنية المبتكرة التي تسهم في تطوير بنيتها الرقمية وتعزيز رقمنة مختلف جوانب عملها، بما يحد من الإجراءات الورقية ويرفع مستوى مرونة العمليات وانسيابيتها وكفاءتها التشغيلية، بما ينعكس على تجربة مختلف الأطراف المعنية، وفي مقدمتها العملاء.
