منصة زين تعقد معسكراً تدريبياً بالتعاون مع منظمة “المرأة العربية اليوم” لتمكين المرأة في ريادة الأعمال

عمّان، 22 تشرين الأول 2026: في إطار حرصها على دعم المرأة الريادية وتعزيز قدراتها ومهاراتها في مجال ريادة الأعمال، عقدت منصة زين للإبداع (ZINC) المعسكر التدريبي “من فكرة إلى ريادة”، بالتعاون مع منظمة “المرأة العربية اليوم”  (Arab Women Today). 

وأُقيم المعسكر في الفرع الرئيسي لمنصة زين للإبداع (ZINC) بمجمع الملك الحسين للأعمال، وقدّمه الخبير والمستشار في مجال ريادة الأعمال نضال قناديلو على مدار أربعة أيام، بمشاركة 26 سيدة؛ بهدف تطوير مهاراتهنّ الريادية وتعزيز قدراتهنّ على تأسيس مشاريعهنّ وتطويرها وتحقيق استدامتها.

وركّز المعسكر على تزويد المشاركات بالمعارف والأدوات العملية اللازمة للانتقال من الفكرة إلى المشروع، بدءاً من تحديد المشكلات وبناء منتجات وخدمات تلبي احتياجات حقيقية في السوق، وصولاً إلى آليات دخول الأسواق وتسعير المنتجات والتوزيع والتسويق والبيع، إلى جانب الإدارة المالية والتمويل وكيفية عرض المشاريع على المستثمرين.

وشهد المعسكر مشاركة سيدات في مراحل مختلفة من رحلتهنّ الريادية؛ إذ تفكّر مجموعة منهنّ في تأسيس مشاريع جديدة، فيما تعمل أخريات على إنشاء مشاريعهنّ، وتمتلك مشاركات مشاريع قائمة يسعين إلى تطويرها وتجاوز التحديات التي تواجهها، في حين تجمع بعض المشاركات بين أكثر من مرحلة، وتنوّعت أفكار المشاريع لتشمل المنتجات اليدوية والأزياء ومستحضرات التجميل والأغذية والخدمات التعليمية والاستشارية والتسويقية، مع التركيز على تطوير المهارات في مجالات التسويق والإدارة المالية والتخطيط ودراسة السوق، بما يعزّز جاهزية المشارِكات لتطوير مشاريعهنّ وتوسيع نطاقها واستدامتها.

كما سلّط التدريب الضوء على أهمية اتخاذ القرارات المدروسة في مختلف مراحل المشروع، والتعامل بمرونة مع التحديات والمتغيرات في بيئة الأعمال، لا سيما في ظل التطورات المتسارعة التي يشهدها القطاع وتنامي دور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تسهيل تطوير المنتجات، واعتمد المعسكر على دراسات حالات واقعية من المنطقة، أتاحت للمشاركات تحليل التحديات واتخاذ القرارات بأنفسهنّ، وتطبيق ما اكتسبنه من معارف على أفكارهن ومشاريعهنّ.

ويأتي عقد منصة زين للإبداع (ZINC) لهذا المعسكر في إطار دورها في توفير بيئة داعمة للتعلّم وتبادل الخبرات وتطوير المهارات الريادية، وإتاحة المساحات التي تحتضن البرامج والمبادرات الهادفة إلى تمكين المرأة وتعزيز مشاركتها في ريادة الأعمال والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بما يسهم في دعم رائدات الأعمال ومساندتهنّ في تحويل أفكارهنّ إلى مشاريع قادرة على النمو والاستمرار.

وتُعنى منظمة “المرأة العربية اليوم” بتوعية المرأة وتمكينها لتكون فاعلة ومؤثرة في مجتمعها، من خلال تقديم خدمات تدريبية واستشارية في المجالات الثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، تستند إلى احتياجات المجتمع الفعلية، وتسهم في تنمية قدراتها الشخصية والقيادية وتعزيز إمكاناتها ومهاراتها، ومساندتها في تحقيق التغيير الإيجابي في حياتها وحياة أسرتها ومجتمعها، ضمن بيئة آمنة وصحية قائمة على الاحترام والشفافية والاستقامة، انطلاقاً من رؤيتها في بناء امرأة واعية ومُمكّنة وفاعلة وملهمة.

ZINC Holds Training Bootcamp in Collaboration with Arab Women Today to Empower Women in Entrepreneurship

 

Amman, 22 October 2026: As part of its commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs and enhancing their capabilities and skills in entrepreneurship, Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) held the “From Idea to Entrepreneurship” training bootcamp in collaboration with Arab Women Today.

The four-day bootcamp was held at ZINC’s main branch at King Hussein Business Park and was delivered by entrepreneurship expert and consultant Nidal Qanadilo, with the participation of 26 women. The program aimed to develop their entrepreneurial skills and strengthen their capabilities to establish, grow, and sustain their businesses.

The bootcamp focused on equipping participants with the practical knowledge and tools needed to transform an idea into a viable business. The training covered identifying problems and developing products and services that address genuine market needs, as well as market-entry strategies, product pricing, distribution, marketing, and sales. It also addressed financial management and funding, in addition to how to effectively pitch business ideas to investors.

The bootcamp brought together women at different stages of their entrepreneurial journeys. Some participants were considering launching new businesses, while others were in the process of establishing their ventures. Several participants already owned existing businesses and were seeking to develop them and overcome the challenges they face, while others were navigating more than one stage of the entrepreneurial journey.

The participants’ business ideas spanned a diverse range of sectors, including handicrafts, fashion, cosmetics, food, and educational, consulting, and marketing services. The program placed particular emphasis on developing skills in marketing, financial management, planning, and market research, helping enhance participants’ readiness to develop, scale, and sustain their businesses.

The training also highlighted the importance of making informed decisions throughout the various stages of a business and responding flexibly to challenges and changes in the business environment, particularly amid the rapid developments taking place across the sector and the growing role of artificial intelligence technologies in facilitating product development. The bootcamp incorporated real-life case studies from the region, enabling participants to analyze challenges, make their own decisions, and apply the knowledge they gained to their own ideas and businesses.

ZINC’s organization of the bootcamp reflects its ongoing role in providing a supportive environment for learning, knowledge exchange, and entrepreneurial skills development, while offering spaces that host programs and initiatives aimed at empowering women and strengthening their participation in entrepreneurship and economic and social development.
